Our Story

Welcome, I'm Mallory Kridler, Founder of QC Realty Solutions & REALTOR® at eXp Realty.   My approach is deeply customized, tailored to the unique needs of real estate professionals in Charlotte. I offer a comprehensive suite of services and solutions, from branding and website development to operational optimization and event management, ensuring all strategies precisely align with my clients' objectives. I help enhance agents' digital presence by developing a vast library of branded templates for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency and professionalism across all channels.

My journey into real estate began in 2015, following a successful tenure in corporate communications and events at a Fortune 500 company. Subsequently, I served as the Events and Marketing Manager at the Charlotte Business Journal (CBJ) before transitioning into the real estate industry. I quickly realized my strengths lie in supporting others rather than self-promotion so I initially supported top-producing agents as a licensed assistant and transaction coordinator.

In 2022, fueled by a desire to empower local real estate agents and elevate their brands, I embarked on the entrepreneurial path, establishing my own venture. Presently, I am privileged to work with a select group of agents from eXp Realty, Ivester Jackson, and Keller Williams, guiding them in various facets of their business, from public relations and graphic design to branding, marketing, staging, event planning, and technological integration. 

While I do not offer social media posting services, I help clients by creating a comprehensive "library" of customized, branded templates for various marketing collateral including posts, reels, stories, cover images, mailers, brochures, flyers, presentations, guides, open house materials, biographies, and more. Leveraging platforms like Canva, I ensure that each template reflects the unique essence of the agent or team, fostering consistency and professionalism across all marketing channels.I reside in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood with my two dogs, and I board my horse at a farm in Troutman.

Our Process

Set up a call.

To get started, send us a request for a 30-minute discovery/introduction call. We'll follow up with you to schedule a call where we will review services, solutions, needs, goals, and answer questions.   
 

Get started.

If you decide to partner with us, we will send you a contract and an invoice for a deposit. Once those are received we will send you a client questionnaire.
 

Design and perfect.

After we receive the questionnaire, we start working on services with an initial project proposal. We will send several revised proposals for you to review and provide feedback until everything looks perfect.
 

Launch and off board.

Once you send us the balance for your services, you will receive all your files, links and templates. We will also offer monthly retainers and on-going service packages.
