You own every final approved deliverable: the graphics, the copy, the content. QCRS keeps the systems, templates, and frameworks that produce them, and you license your configured Brand Brain and Command Center while your agreement is active.
Never. Everything ships to you for review, and you approve within 48 hours of delivery. Nothing publishes without your sign off unless you authorize scheduled auto publishing in writing.
72 hours on Essentials, 48 hours on Pro, 24 hour priority on Premier. The clock starts when your intake form is complete. Listing campaigns are the only deliverable that needs intake; everything else runs off your Brand Brain.
Your point selections lock at the start of each month and unused points do not roll over. Swaps happen at quarterly reviews or with 30 days written notice, so the plan flexes with your business on a schedule that keeps delivery fast.
Add points anytime, $100 each, with no minimum and no plan change. Busy months should feel like winning, not paperwork. If you're topping up month after month, that's the signal to move up a tier, and we'll talk about it at your quarterly review.
Plans run an initial term of three months, then continue month to month. After the initial term, either of us can end it with 30 days written notice. Install work is yours on delivery and isn't tied to the term.
You do, directly or passed through at cost. Plan and project fees cover creation and management, never ad budgets, so you always see exactly where your marketing dollars go.
Two things: a Google account, because everything is delivered into your own Google Drive, and an AI assistant account such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini if you want to use your Brand Brain yourself. Everything else is optional. Your CRM, your MLS tools, and your current platforms stay exactly as they are, and we never stack software fees on top.
Yes. The Brand Brain is the base every partnership runs on. It is how everything sounds like you without you writing it. Most clients start with the Brand Brain + Command Center bundle or the Full OS Install, and the partnership runs on top from day one.
No. That is the point. We build AI into your business so it works behind the scenes. No courses, no logins to master, no prompts to memorize. If you want to use your Brand Brain yourself we will show you how, but nothing depends on it.
Ongoing work never lives inside your platforms. Everything is delivered from QCRS infrastructure as finished assets you own: documents, trackers, templates, campaigns, and walkthroughs. For one time installs like Profile & Presence or a website build, we use access you grant at kickoff, then hand everything back.
Every piece is built with Fair Housing and NC advertising rules in mind, and we flag anything that needs a second look. Final signoff stays with you and your brokerage, which is one more reason everything ships to you for approval before it goes anywhere.
